One tip for Better life!!!

Answer is " Time Management ". I will give u few description about this. But you have to research on this topic on Internet. Why Time Management? Because, the root cause for most of the problem in our life is Time. Let us take a software engineer as example. If he is late to office, he will ride to office with tension and it is risky. Post reaching office, his performance will be low as free mind can think inventively. He will be little tired and have stress, which in turn will spoil the relationships in his circle by showing anger or disinterest. Vice versa.....if he preplans (schedule)for the following day in advance, then he/she will wake up at 6 and works out till 7. He gets ready on time and rides to office without any urgency. So first part of the day is on peace and think how he/she will be for the rest of the day? Think...How well he/she behaves with family and colleagues? So, make this as your habit, then rest of your life will be in peace. Please don't...

How to control negative thoughts?

Just only three words will change your life. Whenever u get thoughts, ask whether "Is it useful?". If yes, keep going, else stop that thought. We should not let ur emotions to handle ur mind. U sit on the driver seat and decide whether the thought is useful or not and then u proceed. None other than u should decide ur life and happiness. If u dont believe me, u write down all ur thoughts for just one hour. Out of all those thoughts, only 1-5 thoughts are useful. I have tried this for myself, I found the same and am happy now with only positive thoughts. Regards, JGS
